That's right, you can only get this BBQ from the last Friday in July for the next 10 days. Rudy's is only open during the Ozark Empire Fair in Springfield Mo. The brisket and ribs are worth the trip, but the best thing going is actually next door D.C. & Barb's. The Slaw Dog. Foot long chili dog with slaw on top. Now I do not do slaw in any form, but when they put theirs on top of the chili dog, there is nothing better. You can even ask any of the guys pictured. The two on stage, had at least 10 between them. They spent two days with us and were there both days for lunch and dinner after the show. The guitar player in the back ground had to be removed from Rudy's after the show so he could leave town with the band.
