BBQ smoker for sale. 4 years old. In these pictures, we are smoking 16 slabs of ribs, 4 briskets, 32 Johnsonville Brats, 1 pork loin and 3 pans of beans.

Smokin this weekend...

After taking the winter off, the big smoker will be fired up this weekend. Place your orders. Brisket, Ribs, Brats, Wings, (maybe some of that meat from the new Helter Shelter farm) and whatever else I can find in the meat isle to smoke.

We have added Pulled Pork to the menu. This will be $8.00 a pound. Got a new little smoker, so it is eaiser to opperate in the winter.

Proud day for Smokin' Mills...

the Smokin' Mills has tentativly been booked for one of the biggest events in 2008. We received a call from the one of the directors for the Bybee-Lotz wedding party to smoke for the reception. This is quite an honor. We will do you proud.
